A great way to break up the Australia Day weekend is to visit us down at the Foster Promontory Market.  This market is on Sunday 27th January between 8am and 2pm. This is situated on Station Street in Foster.  Foster is a lovely 2.5 hour drive from Melbourne close to the beach and the beautiful Wilsons Promontory. 

We will be taking a lot of different varieties of bamboo and some of our garden statues. Don't forget the January Specials. Ask about our bamboo specials when you come and visit us at the Market.

Bambusa Boniopsis - Jade Goddess Bamboo

Clumping Bamboo: Clumping bamboo will not spread as all new canes will shoot close to the mother culm. The picture of Jade Goddess or Bambusa Boniopsis is a clumping type of bamboo.  This type of bamboo is great for hedging or a contained garden feature plant.  These can also be grown in pots to add a bit of greenery to your home or garden.
