We are starting 2016 with our very popular Gracilis on special. 20cm pots of Gracilis start from $45 (limited time only). Come to the nursery to have a look at the range of Gracilis and other bamboo plants that are on special. If you cannot make it to the nursery then why not give us a call and we will deliver for free to any of our events and markets. We keep our website updated with the nursery hours and all the events the we attend. Please check the website before coming as things change from time to time.
The next events that we will be attending is the Violet Town market and then down to Berwick for the Akoondah Park market. The end of the month sees us back down the beach at the Foster Market.
Hi, I am interested in bamboo the screen a 2 storey house that's just been built just behind our back fence. We have plenty of room for a wide garden bed containing the bamboo. We do have a large gum in our yard that seems to suck the nutrients away. Which bamboo do you recommend? How far apart should it be planted? What is the price? I would be keen to pick up from Berwick next weekend. Cheers, nichole

There are many types of bamboo I could recommend to cover a 2 storey building.
Prices start From $35.00ea
Most bamboo's can be planted 1 to 1.5 apart This will depend on the type of bamboo you purchase.
It is best you call us on 1300 654 454 so that we can discuss your options and how we can stop the gum tree from sucking the nutrient away.
